Art + Mind Day 2026 (Early morning Shift)

Join us for a day of arts and wellness filled with poetry, music, theater, dance and immersive arts experiences that connect the mind, body and soul. The day will feature mini-performances, presentations, and hands-on, arts workshops led by Miami artists and arts therapists. You will be encouraged to connect, self-express, meditate and practice joy through the power of the performing arts!
