Volunteers will assist with preparing and organizing merchandise—vinyl records and posters—for Justin to sign efficiently. This includes unwrapping vinyl, setting up the signing space, and helping to manage the flow of items during the signing session. Specific Tasks Include: Vinyl Prep (Before Justin Arrives): - Carefully peel back the plastic wrap from the upper right corner of each vinyl record. A razor blade or box cutter is typically the most effective tool for this task. This step should be completed prior to Justin’s arrival to streamline the signing process. Signing Setup: - Lay out the unwrapped vinyl records on a large table (or ideally, multiple tables) to maximize signing efficiency. - Volunteers will move behind Justin as he signs, replacing signed vinyl with new ones from the stack. Poster Signing: - Posters can either be spread flat on a table for signing or signed off the top of the stack. - Volunteers will assist by rotating the posters down the table after signing to allow them to dry properly.
